Month one is for the plan, access, website and foundations. Ongoing content and improvement begin in month two. You approve the plan and initial website launch.

We look at what you have and agree on what needs improving. The service includes website creation or improvements, hosting, maintenance and reasonable changes.
Is this software I have to use?
No. CodePilot is a human-led service. We use AI and other tools to help deliver the work, but you aren’t buying a tool to operate. Sean takes responsibility for delivery.
Are there any extra costs?
Domains and any paid tools specific to your business cost extra, with your approval in advance. Major custom functionality is quoted separately. Paid advertising and specialist video production are outside this service.
Will you guarantee rankings or new customers?
No one can promise a particular search position or number of customers. We improve the information, content and next steps that help people find and contact you. You handle conversations with your customers. Our first-30-days promise lets you judge whether you’re happy with the service.
How does the money-back promise work?
Try CodePilot for 30 days. If you’re unhappy for any reason, we’ll give you your money back. No questions asked. You don’t need to prove lost sales or share private revenue information. After the first 30 days, you can still cancel anytime; the refund promise applies to those first 30 days.
What happens if I cancel?
There’s no minimum term, so you can cancel anytime. A free export of your website is included. We’ll agree the practical details of moving it with you.
